Dentist

Kelly Blair DDS

Dr. Kelly Blair was born and raised in Denton, Texas where she attended the University of North Texas. Upon graduating, she was accepted into the dental program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. In 2005, Dr. Blair received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and moved to Washington State, where her husband was stationed with the United States Army.

During their military assignments, Dr. Blair gained valuable knowledge and experience from working in dental offices in support of her local communities. After assignments in Washington, North Carolina and Oklahoma, she and her husband decided to move back to Texas to be near family and to raise their two kids, Elias and Sydney.

Now with her own practice, Dr. Blair regularly attends numerous continuing education programs to enhance her dental proficiency. She has been certified in placing and restoring dental implants and is accredited and able to sedate patients both orally and intravenously (IV). Dr. Blair is also certified in Six Month Smiles® and Invisalign® orthodontics, enabling her to help patients achieve a more harmonious and aesthetic smile.

Dr. Blair’s favorite part of dentistry is interacting with her patients and helping them achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. She enjoys working with patients to create the smile that they have always dreamed of. Knowing that going to the dentist is often one of the biggest fears people have, Dr. Blair strives to educate her patients and communicate each step of the way during treatment so they are always comfortable. When a patient can truly smile with confidence, it affects their outlook on life in a very positive way. Thus, she believes the key to a healthy smile is a relationship based on mutual trust and respect between her and her patients.

Outside of her devotion to dentistry, Dr. Blair enjoys running and traveling in her spare time. Living in Fort Worth now, she enjoys the charm that the city has to offer — from the Tex-Mex food to the running trails, the stockyards and the most friendly and courteous people — she loves that she can call this city home. Dr. Blair returns the kindness and respect she receives from her community by bringing confidence back to her patients through healthy smiles.

Front Desk

Rosie

Rosie is the friendly face behind the front desk and has been in the dental field for over 23 years. She started her career as an Expanded Function RDA before discovering her true calling in the front office, where her detail-oriented (and proudly OCD!) personality fits perfectly.

She loves helping patients understand their insurance and financial options, making things simple, clear, and stress-free. While a back injury brought her chairside assisting days to an end, it led her to a role where she continues to feel fulfilled and connected to the patients she cares so much about.

She truly loves her office family and believes it’s more than just a workplace—it’s home. She especially loves working with Dr. Blair, whose amazing personality and love for animals make every day even better. Patients quickly become family, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Outside the office, she is a proud mom of three amazing adult children (two boys and her youngest, a daughter) and a loving grandma to two grandchildren. Her 9-year-old grandson is her sidekick, and her 5-year-old granddaughter is her mini-me in both personality and looks!

Dental Assistant

Erica

Erica is a dedicated dental assistant with over eight years of experience in the field, including four years working alongside Dr. Blair. Her passion for dentistry began after a personal experience with tooth loss, which inspired her commitment to helping others maintain healthy smiles and avoid similar challenges.

Erica is known for her compassionate approach to patient care, treating each individual like family while emphasizing the importance of proper oral hygiene and preventive care. She takes pride in educating her patients and building trusting relationships that support long-term dental health.

Outside of work, Erica is a proud mother of three- one son and twin daughters. She has called the Dallas-Fort Worth area home for the past ten years and values being part of a community she loves to serve.

Dental Hygienist

Nikki

Nikki was born in St. Charles, Missouri, and moved to Texas in 1976 at the age of five. Her family settled in Parker, a small community east of Plano, where she grew up. From a young age, Nikki developed a passion for horses, actively participating in 4-H and showing quarter horses in performance events at 4-H, open, NSBA, and AQHA shows.

She held several leadership positions in local, county, and district 4-H and quarter horse clubs. She continues her family's tradition of horse breeding and showing in NSBA and AQHA.

Nikki earned a Bachelor of Science in Horse Production and Management from Tarleton State University in 1997, followed with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1999, where she was class president.

It might be said that dentistry is in her blood as her great-grandfather was a dentist in Hanover, Kansas. Nikki has preserved some of his original instruments as part of her professional legacy.

In addition to her dental career, Nikki has held a license in mortgage lending and currently holds a license as a real estate agent. In March of 2023, she sold her horse facility in Huckabay, north of Stephenville, Tx, and relocated to Harlingen Texas to begin a new chapter in her life.

Nikki still loves going to horse shows and riding as many days as possible. Since moving, she and her boyfriend have enjoyed a shared love of fishing, often taking their boat out to the bay and occasionally participating in fishing tournaments.

Nikki is passionate about patient care, taking pride in building lasting relationships, sharing stories, and helping patients achieve their dental goals for both a healthy body and a confident smile. After moving, she started traveling once a month to Ft Worth to spend the week with Dr. Blair, the girls in the office, and the patients that come to see her.
